Introduce
Filled capsules fed from the upper hopper through vibrating system fall down on the sorting board. In this process, bodies and caps are separated while the dust outside the capsule is removed by the vacuum system. Capsules continue to move forward into the sieve tray, where the big telescoped, transformed and other defective capsules will be blocked before entering the lower hopper.
These capsules enter into the carrier bar for CCD inspection afterwards. They will be placed into an order, rotating forwards through precise runners. As they pass the five CCD inspection cameras, any defections will be detected by high-speed image processing of the industrial computer. Defective capsules will be sorted out in the following unit.
Fully automatic sorting and rejection of defective capsules, more consistent with cGMP.
It employs multi-stage sorting methods; several CCD cameras inspect every capsule simultaneously for a few times, ensures the rejection of defective capsules and the quality of the rest.
The history of parameters and in-time data are both recorded and stored, for production quality management and tracking.
High-speed data processing system and instructions with industrial computer guarantees the accurate judgement and rejection of defective capsules.
