Introduction

High accuracy full automatic capsule & tablet checkweigher CMC, with the innovative “unit extension structure” and “unlimited parallel” working mode, the detection efficiency can be improved infinitely, and the whole number of capsules and tablets of different quantity and grade can be weighed and checked, and the unqualified products can be eliminated accurately and quickly.

CMC flexible selection of work efficiency, enables its high-speed model to meet the needs of  of online weighing for mass production in workshops; the low-speed model can also be used for off-line weighing in the workshop, especially for full weighing detection of unstable products produced by capsule filling machine and tablet pressing machine during start-up and debugging, so as to reduce scrap and improve product yield.

When used off-line, CMC can also be used for sampling weighing detection in the production process, making it feasible to increase the sampling amount (Sample all modules at one time) and sampling frequency, so as to better control the drug weight.
